  • Bands across rig
  • Elevated Pistols on box
  • Weighted (Plate/KB outstretched)

If you have Pistols, perform 5 rounds of 10 (5 per leg)
If you can perform Pistols well with one leg and not the other, use skill work above for leg that needs help.
