Workout of the Day: Team WOD

Teams of 3 - Same Gender

  • 400 m Sandbag Run
  • 75 Deadlifts 225/155/95
  • 50 Bar Over Burpees 
  • 400 m Sandbag Run
  • 75 T2B
  • 50 Clean & Jerks 135/95/65
  • 400 m Run
  • 75 Box Jump Overs 24/20
  • 50 Full Snatches 115/85/65
  • 400 m Sandbag Run

*Everyone should carry the sandbag at least 400m.  Decide how to break it up among all three team members. 

On the return of the run, the best approach would be to line up and go in order for maximum work/short rest periods.
