Strength: Snatches and OHS, oh my

On the Minute x 16 (4 Rounds)

  • Minute 1 – 3 Power Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats
  • Minute 2 – Rest
  • Minute 3 – 5 full Snatches
  • Minute 4 – Rest

Climb each round starting @50% then 55% then 60% then 65% of full snatch 1RM.
