- 10 min Establish Heavy Snatch
then
- 2 min transition
- AMRAP25
- 20/15 Cal Bike
- MRE BMU
- MRE OHS
*Bike is the timekeeper, while 1 team member bikes the other 2 will perform amrap of BMU and OHS. Score will be total of both BMU and OHS
