  • 10 min Establish Heavy Snatch

then

  • 2 min transition
  • AMRAP25
  • 20/15 Cal Bike
  • MRE BMU
  • MRE OHS

*Bike is the timekeeper, while 1 team member bikes the other 2 will perform amrap of BMU and OHS.  Score will be total of both BMU and OHS
