The Hours below are the normal schedule.  But from time to time unexpected issues arise which may keep us from opening the box to run a class.  It is recommended you create an account and sign in for a class by clicking here.  This will assure you notification of any such issues and it will also secure you a spot in class as space per class is limited.

Wednesday 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am. Open Gym 6:00-8:00 pm

Friday  5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm.

Saturday 9:30 am Team WOD.

*Come join us every second and fourth Tuesday of each month at any hour of CrossFit for a free introduction to a CrossFit session. All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to join us.  From couch to experienced CrossFitter we can accommodate every level and scale every workout to any athlete's abilities.
