At CrossFit Beverly we are putting our spin on the traditional Boot camp. This won’t just be a run around a room style program, but rather a high-intensity workout where we will challenge your body and your mind, Workouts are one hour and consist of running drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, intervals, and much, much more but will be done in a different format each day, constantly varied. We don’t expect you to do more than you can, but your coach will drive you to your physical limits and help push you through.
Your success is our goal. Whether it be weight loss, to gain strength, stamina or just have more confidence in your ability and your body, CFB is an extremely positive and motivating environment and the best resource for achieving a higher level of fitness on the south side.
